ANC (National Authority for Qualifications) is an institution belonging to the Ministry of Labour. The issued diplomas are qualification certificates or, as the case may be, graduation certificates with the insignia of the Romanian state and the names of the Ministry of Labor and the Ministry of Education on the headers.
